This program is intended for
both experienced and newly admitted attorneys and will examine a range
of cutting-edge issues in the field of animal law. The program
will offer both substantive legal information and practice oriented
skills and tips. Speakers will discuss cases of interest,
legislation, administrative rules and regulations, and trends in the law
pertaining to animals. They will also offer advice and insights to
guide the general practitioner when an animal law case (or an animal)
walks in the office door.
This basic-level course has been approved for MCLE
credit in New York for all attorneys in the amount of 4.0 credit hours
(3.0 in professional practice and/or practice management and 1.0 in
skills).
