Dispute Resolution Section

The meeting will feature three panels of experts. The first panel will update the audience on the current credentialing/certification landscape in the U.S. and elsewhere, and debate the best path to improving and assuring mediator quality. The second panel, which will involve audience participation, will provide guidance on thorny ethical issues perplexing mediators, arbitrators and advocates in the dispute resolution context. The final panel will discuss recent key developments in domestic as well as international arbitration law.
