The program will include discussions of the elements of health reform legislation or then current efforts at reform, as well as consideration of the impact of such reform on insurers, providers and consumers.

Under New York's MCLE rule, this program has been approved for a total of 7.0 credit hours in practice management/areas of professional practice for experienced attorneys only. This program will not qualify for newly-admitted attorneys because it is not a basic practical skills program.
