York State Thruway, the Ramada Geneva Lakefront is situated on the north
shore of Seneca Lake, in Geneva, NY. Beautiful Finger Lakes Region of
New York. Conveniently located near Corning, Rochester, Syracuse,
Canandaigua and Seneca Falls.

Thursday Reception/Buffet, Friday breakfast & lunch, all workshop
sessions,

Michael Rebell, Esq.

Keynote Speaker Michael Rebell, Esq., is executive
director of the Campaign for Educational Equity and Professor of Law and
Educational Practice at Teachers College, Columbia University. The
Campaign seeks to promote equity and excellence in education. He is also
a member of the national Equity and Excellence Commission that is
preparing a report that will be presented to the Secretary of Education
and the Congress.
