
![]() Representing Persons with Disabilities (2006)This recording offers the general practitioner, the specialist, and the non-lawyer advocate with a comprehensive review of the legal issues involved in representing persons with disabilities. The program is organized to address the application of legal issues within a framework referencing traditional areas of the law, including government benefits, future care planning and trusts, healthcare decision-making, including end-of-life decisions, guardianship and anti-discrimination laws including the ADA, Human Rights Law, etc. The speakers will address general representation issues as well as “hot topics,” attorney’s fees, and recent developments in the field.
