Estate Planning in Uncertain Times: Tax and Non-Tax Considerations (2009)

We are pleased to bring you this recording of the Trusts and Estates Law Section’s Spring 2009 Meeting. The uncertainties of estate and income tax reform in turbulent economic times present estate planners with unique challenges in counseling clients. Despite these uncertainties, many tried and true estate planning techniques transcend these challenges and provide estate planners with valuable planning options to meet the needs of their clients.
