This committee meeting is free to Business Law Section members, but pre-registration is required.  Space is limited.

Roberta Kotkin, Esq., General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer at New York Bankers Association, will address the Committee on federal and state legislative regulations and recent NYBA initiatives.

Richard Charlton, Esq., Counsel and Vice President of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, will speak on Federal Reserve rules, especially pertaining to Dodd Frank.

MCLE credit is anticipated for this program (pending approval).
