An outstanding panel of leading practitioners will discuss their experiences serving on for-profit and not-for-profit corporate boards, with an emphasis on the ethical challenges presented for attorneys serving on such boards.  The panel also will discuss the business development opportunities, as well as overall career enhancement potential, afforded by board service.  The program and networking reception also will feature participants from several board recruiting firms, which will provide introductions to, and real-time networking opportunities with, organizations looking to diversify their board membership.
