Offering perspectives from the bench and bar, the program will offer practical guidance on how to effectively manage the discovery of electronic information and discuss recent developments in the law.

I. Model E-Discovery Orders 
This segment will provide a practical how-to guide for using courts' model e-discovery orders in your practice. A panel of practicing attorneys and e-discovery experts break down the model orders put out by the Federal District Court for the Southern District of New York and the New York Supreme Court, Commercial Division.
