Planning Ahead

In 2005 the NYSBA published Planning Ahead, which was written by Law Practice Continuity Committee members. This book may be downloaded or purchased by accessing the link which appears on this page.  Planning Ahead includes materials and forms to assist attorneys in preparing an advance exit plan to protect client interests in the event of disability, retirement or
death.  It is probably the most comprehensive book on this subject which has been published in the United States.
