The Committee on Ethics and Professionalism's mission is to
enhance the level of professionalism among lawyers and judges by 1)
encouraging, recommending and providing assistance to other committees
in the development and coordination of professionalism initiatves; 2)
encouraging and providing assistance through continuing legal education
programs and reports to improve professionalism; 3) educating members of
the legal profession and the public about development of ethics and
professionalism issues; and 4) identifying, evaluating and reporting on
trends and developments affecting ethics rule changes and lawyer
professionalism.
The Ethics and Professionalism Committee is co-chaired by
