The mission statement for the Real Estate and Construction
Litigation Committee is to improve the quality of representation of
clients engaged in litigation arising in the real estate and
construction industies by:
* providing a forum for discussion of important topics, trends and
developments in real estate and construction
litigation;
* identifying and reporting on issues of interest to lawyers
engaged
in such litigation; and
* encouraging networking among those lawyers.
