About Chapter Six of the Report.  There is a working group of the Elder Law Section developing the Compact proposal further than as described in Chapter 6 of the LTC Report.  Accordingly, the final Compact proposal as described in the Report in some cases may be substantially different as the working group continues to develop the proposal.
