Bean, Counselor to the Assistant Secretary for Fish and Wildlife and Parks at the Department of the Interior.

• Relevant Articles and Papers• The winner of the Committee’s Second Annual National Animal Law Student Writing Competition, Allison L. Westfahl Kong’s article on the Distinct Population Segment Policy used by the Fish and Wildlife Service and the National Marine Fisheries Service was published in the New York University Law Review.
