Estate and Trust AdministrationThe focus of the Estate and Trust Administration Committee is to address issues affecting the administration of trusts and estates. Several projects in which our Section is currently involved include issues pertaining to interest on legacies, burial rights, commissions on charitable truss and join bank accounts. In prior years, our Committee drafted several pieces of legislation now pending in Albany, including amendments to EPTL §§ 4-1.1 and 5-3.2.
