Description

Almost every attorney is asked sooner or later to assist a client with the complex legalities that follow an automobile accident.    Attorneys must be generally familiar with the fundamental principles of New York’s automobile “no-fault” law, the applicable regulations and the important filing and notice requirements.

The Torts, Insurance and Compensation Law Section and the Committee on Continuing Legal Education are pleased to present Handling a No-Fault Case: The Fundamentals and Strategies for Representing Plaintiffs and Defendants.   This program will cover new developments in No-Fault law, New York’s serious injury threshold and coverage issues.
