Please join the NYSBA International Section for its regional meeting in Prague March 8-9, 2012. The full day educational program on March 9 will include distinguished panels of speakers on such topics as:

  • Hot Topics in International Distribution, including trends in distribution contract negotiation and e-commerce issues
  • Latest Developments Relating to the UN Convention on International Sales of Goods (CISG)
  • Bribery and Corruption Legislation, including the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the UK Bribery Act of 2010.

Preceding the educational program, on Thursday, March 8, we will hold a meeting of the Executive Committee of the International Section, followed by a kick-off dinner.

The educational portion of the program, morning refreshments, luncheon at the Czech Bar Association on Friday and a Chapter Chairs Reception following the Friday program are all complimentary, thanks to the generosity of our sponsors.  There is a modest fee for the kick-off dinner on Thursday evening.

See the link below for the program, registration form and hotel information. We hope to see you in Prague in just a few weeks!
