Tax Section Under 10 Meeting

Wednesday, February 27, 2013

- Location -
12:30pm - 2:00pm
Sullivan & Cromwell LLP
125 Broad Street

The speakers will be Alan Kravitz, Jonathan Grossberg and Jeff Arbeit, three former Tax Court clerks, and they will speak about the litigation of tax controversies.  Their presentation will have lots of pointers that should be relevant to your practice even if you expect never to end up in Tax Court.  In addition, Diana Wollman, the Chair of the Tax Section, will share with us ways to get involved in the Tax Section’s report preparation process.

If you would like to attend, please reply to hochenbergm@sullcrom.com copying Nisha Sharma sharman@sullcrom.com and indicate your lunch choice of either a kosher or vegetarian meal.  Please feel free to forward this invitation to other New York tax lawyers with less than ten years of practice experience who may want to attend the meeting.  (We ask that everyone who wants to attend RSVP).
