The New
Rules of Professional Conduct: How the Changes Affect Family Law
Practitioners. Four of our Section’s leading practitioners will
educate us on the “New Rules” (as amended in July 2012) and
lead us in an issue-spotting/problem-solving program.
Under New York’s MCLE rule, this
program has been approved for a total of 3 MCLE credit hours in
Ethics. This program is transitional and is suitable for MCLE credit
for newly-admitted attorneys.
