BIOGRAPHY
Cathleen
Giannetta is a Partner in the NY/Metro offices of Wilson,
Elser, Moskowitz, Edelman & Dicker LLP. She is an experienced
litigator with over 25 years of trial experience in both state and
federal courts. Cathy has litigated
extensively in the areas of NY Labor Law/construction, personal injury,
railroad, toxic tort, employment, civil rights and corporate commercial
matters. Cathy
began her career serving for five years as an Assistant District
Attorney in Bronx County where she prosecuted sex crimes and white
collar crime. She graduated from Fordham University School of Law in
1981 and received her BA from Cornell University in
1978.
