Committee on Fraud, Abuse and Compliance

The Committee will focus on:

1. Education through review of current federal and state legislation, regulation and initiatives in the areas of fraud and abuse and of tax issues pertinent to tax-exempt organizations;
2. Commentary on proposed law, regulation, and regulatory guidance; and
3. Compliance implementation recommendations in the form of policies, procedures, tools and guidelines.
