Product Description

Personal injury suits arising out of the use and occupation of premises are becoming more diverse and complicated each day. The once routine case becomes even more complex when coupled with coverage issues. Accordingly, a working knowledge of the relevant laws is needed by all of us as we sort through such matters.

This program seeks to increase the level of knowledge and awareness of the individual who is handling either a bodily injury or property damage suit arising out of the use and occupation of premises. It is designed to highlight the fundamental issues that one encounters when handling these suits, which can include claims arising out of such diverse topics as substandard building cases, bar room scuffles, and liquor liability. The program is designed to benefit individuals with all levels of experience who deal with these types of claims.
