PRO HAC VICE MOTIONS MUST BE FILED ONLINE STARTING SEPTEMBER 1

As of August 1, motions to appear pro hac vice and payment of the associated fees may be filed online using the Court’s Case Management/Electronic Case Filing (CM/ECF) system. Online filing of pro hac vice motions and payment of the associated fees will become mandatory on September 1. Orders granting admission pro hac vice may appear solely in electronic format without a pdf document attached. Instructions and training for filing a motion for admission pro hac vice on the District Court’s CM/ECF system are available at http://nysd.uscourts.gov/pro_hac.php.
