Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law

*Law Student Initiative*

The Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law (EASL) Section of the New York State Bar
Association has an initiativegiving law students a chance to publish articles both in
the EASL Journal as well as on the EASL Web site.  The Initiative is designed to bridge
the gap between students and the entertainment, arts and sports law communities and
shed light on students’ diverse perspectives in areas of practice of mutual interest to
students and Section member practitioners.

Law school students who are interested in entertainment, art and/or sports law and who
are members of the EASL Section are invited to submit articles.  This Initiative is unique,
as it grants students the opportunity to be published and gain exposure in these highly
competitive areas of practice.  The EASL Journal is among the profession’s foremost law
journals.  Both it and the Web site have wide national distribution.
