Richard Mattiaccio is a partner in the New York office of Squire Sanders & Dempsey (US) LLP, where he is office leader for Litigation and International Dispute Resolution.  He is an active panel arbitrator for complex commercial and international cases at the AAA and ICDR and is a member of the CPR Accounting and Financial Services, Banking, Franchise and Trademark arbitrator panels.  He has over 25 years of experience as counsel and as a neutral in commercial and international arbitration and serves as a panel mediator for the Commercial Division, NYS Supreme Court (NY County). His advocacy practice is focused on international commercial contract, financial and intellectual property disputes in arbitration and in New York federal and state courts. He has served as chair or member of a number of bar association committees. In addition to DRS service, he is currently a member of the NYSBA Committee on Professional Ethics and co-chair of the New York City Bar Association’s In-House/Outside Litigation Counsel Group.  He has contributed recently to the NYSBA Arbitration Committee’s international arbitration discovery and commercial discovery projects and to a DRS arbitration training program.
