Pamela Esterman

Pamela R. Esterman is a partner
and full-time mediator with the law firm of Sive Paget & Riesel,
P.C. in New York City. She serves on the panel of mediators for the U.S.
District Court-Southern and Eastern Districts, and the Supreme Court of
the State of New York, Commercial Division- New York and Westchester
Counties and the District of New Jersey. Ms. Esterman is an adjunct
professor at Pace University Law School and also serves as Co-Chair of
the Advisory Board for the Kheel Center for the Resolution of
Environmental Disputes at Pace University Law
School.
Since 1996, Ms. Esterman has
served as the planning chair of the annual Environmental Law Course
sponsored by American Law Institute-American Bar Association, Committee
on Continuing Legal Education. She has written and lectured extensively
on various topics including environmental law, professional ethics and
alternative dispute resolution.
Ms. Esterman received her J.D.
in 1983 from Syracuse University College of Law, and M.S. in
Environmental Science from State University of New York College of
Environmental Science and Forestry in 1983, and B.S. in Environmental
Science from the University of New Hampshire in 1979.
