MUNICIPAL LAW COMMITTEE
Dear Colleagues: It is a privilege to serve as the Chair of the Municipal Law Committee of the Torts Insurance and Compensation Law Section (TICL) of the New York State Bar Association. I am a litigation attorney with Hurwitz & Fine, P.C. in Buffalo, New York. It is my hope that the Municipal Law Committee will be a valuable resource for lawyers and non-lawyers in the area of Municipal Law.
