Bankruptcy Law Committee Honors Judge Hardin

On May 21, 2009 the Bankruptcy Law Committee of the Business Law Section hosted an extremely successful  retirement reception and dinner for Bankruptcy Judge Adlai S. Hardin, Jr. at the Tarrytown Doubletree Hotel in Tarrytown, New York.

Judge Hardin sat in the White Plains federal courthouse until his retirement after 14 years of service on the bench. Previously, Judge Hardin was a partner of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP. Over a dozen present and former judges attended the dinner together with 130 other guests from the bar, court system and the Office of the United States Trustee.  The event was moderated by Mark Tulis, Bankruptcy Law Committee Chair.
