Deborah A. Doxey
Business Law Section

Deborah A. Doxey of Buffalo is the new chair of the 4,024-member Business Law Section.

Doxey is a partner of Phillips Lytle. She practices in the areas of banking and commercial lending, including secured transactions, asset-based finance, acquisition financing and commercial real estate transactions.

A 23-year member of the State Bar, Doxey recently served as first vice-chair of the Business Law Section. She is a member of the Real Property Law Section and a past chair of the Bar Association of Erie County’s Banking Law Committee.

Doxey graduated summa cum laude from the State University of New York at Albany and earned her law degree from Duke University School of Law. She is a resident of Amherst.
