Special Committee on Age Discrimination

SPECIAL COMMITTEE ON AGE DISCRIMINATION
IN THE PROFESSION

The Special Committee on Age Discrimination in the Profession issued its Report in January 2007 (view report here), which was approved on March 30, 2007 by the Association's Executive Committee and on March 31, 2007 by its House of Delegates.

Thereafter the Special Committee conducted a survey of New York law firms with respect to their partnership retirement policies, the results of which gave rise to the Honor Roll set forth below.

The Special Committee has ceased its activities as such, but its work is continuing under the auspices of the Age Discrimination Committee of the Senior Lawyers Section.  Please visit its webpage here.
