This program will provide an overview of human resource compliance.  Geared towards solo and small firm practitioners, this program will cover the basics of staffing, hiring and firing.

The challenge to lawyer management is to determine the relative value of each of these contributions in order to ensure that the system works by compensating partners fairly and motivating them to perform these activities.

This program will be streamed as a live CLE Webcast. If you register for the CLE Webcast, you will be able to view the program video online and email questions to the panelists during the live program. You will also have access to the program archive.
