This basic-to-intermediate level program is designed to review the body of law and recommended procedures for an estate administrator in the areas of distributions, accountings, discharges, fees and commissions.

     This course has a very practical approach as the panelists explain and analyze, step-by-step, the proper “wrapping up” of a decedent’s estate. Both formal and informal settlement of estates are covered by the experienced faculty.

     This program recording should be helpful for any lawyer who regularly handles, or may have to handle, the conclusion, final affairs or “winding up” of a decedent’s estate.
