Collections and the Enforcement of Money Judgments (2010)

This program recording addresses the consequences flowing from the breakdown of a transaction due to non-payment of a debt. The panelists address matters that arise prior to the commencement of suit, during the pendency of litigation and those relating to the enforcement of money judgments. Additionally, the speakers discuss basic bankruptcy and insolvency law concepts relevant to the collection cases. Finally, the panel focuses on many of the most significant ethical obligations of attorneys doing battle in the debtor/creditor law arena.
