Gerald Lebovits is a judge of
the New York City Civil Court and an adjunct professor at Columbia
Law School and Fordham University School of Law. Judge Lebovits
previously served as an adjunct professor at New York Law School and St.
John’s University School of Law. Judge Lebovits has authored many
publications, including the New York State Bar Association
Journal’s Legal Writer column since 2001.
