This recent seminar
recording focuses on the presentation and defense of damages in the
trial of a personal injury case. All facets of the recoverable elements
of damages will be addressed by a faculty of prominent plaintiff’s
and defendant’s attorneys. The lectures provide insights into
techniques utilized during voir dire, opening statements and
summations and include methods by which economic and hedonic losses are
handled at trail. Special emphasis is placed upon direct and
cross-examination of medical expert witnesses. The program also features
a demonstration of a direct and cross-examination of a physician and an
economist.
