Esq. is a partner at Jones Day (New York office) and
chairs the firm's E-Discovery Committee. He is a member
of the Sedona Conference Working Group on E-Discovery and a member
of the New York State Bar Association Committee on
E-Discovery. He is also an adjunct professor at Rutgers Law
School and New York Law School.
