The United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York have issued revised Local Rules. The revised rules are effective January 10, 2012 and were adopted by the Board of Judges of the Eastern District of New York and the Southern District of New York and approved by the Judicial Council of the Second Circuit.
