Model Code of Judicial Conduct for State Administrative Judges

At the House of Delegates meeting on April 4, 2009, the New York State Bar Association approved a report by the Committee on Attorneys in Public Service, Subcommittee on Administrative Law Judiciary, calling for a Model Code of Judicial Conduct for State Administrative Law Judges.  This Model Code is designed to provide guidance to administrative law judges, and if approved by disciplinary agencies, to provide a structure for regulating conduct.
