Home Committee on Standards of Attorney Conduct Home

Welcome

The Committee is charged with monitoring and evaluating the New York Code of Professional Responsibility and other provisions that regulate lawyers and the practice of law in New York State.  Its members come from across New York State and include private practitioners in small and large firms, government lawyers, and corporate counsel.
