The Criminal Justice Section continues
its series of well-received, timely programs on evidentiary issues
facing criminal justice practice attorneys. This program will assist
prosecutors, defense attorneys, and other criminal justice field
practitioners in understanding current evidentiary issues and provides
essential MCLE credits in professional practice suitable for newly
admitted and experienced attorneys.
This program carries 4.5 MCLE credits in
the area of professional practice and has been approved for all
attorneys including those newly admitted.
