Practical Aspects of the LLC and LLP (2006)

From a recent program presented by the Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law Section, LLC’s and LLP’s are explored in depth by Alan E. Weiner, a well regarded speaker on this topic. In addition to tax and practical issues related to forming such entities, this program provides an overview for both the seasoned and less experienced limited liability company/partnership practitioner.
