Join us for an informative, insightful program to discuss maximizing your success as a woman in the evolving legal profession!  Deborah Epstein Henry, widely recognized expert and author on workplace restructure, talent management, and women, will lead a discussion on trends in the industry, the future of the profession, and the opportunities and challenges that these changes present for women. Panelists will discuss the impact on women of the threat to the billable hour, the morphing of large law firms, new models of legal practice, and the development of talent management strategies. Speakers will provide tools and tips to help you successfully navigate today’s – and tomorrow’s – changing legal environment, including an emphasis on leadership, mentoring, promotion, work/life balance, compensation, and networking.
