About the Program

Please Note: This course is geared toward insurance professionals and does not carry MCLE credit for attorneys.

Join insurance industry professionals and their counsel for an interactive day exploring topics which confront insurance professionals daily.  New York's most respected attorneys will provide insights and updates on the law affecting the evaluation of claims, legal procedures, bad faith law in New York and the challenges of settling a civil lawsuit. 

This year's program will also address premises liability and auto liability and coverage issues.   

The program will also feature a segment on handling a case from the perspective of a judge or mediator.

Panelists will cover situations you encounter in your daily practice. Register today and guarantee your seat at the program.

A program coursebook will be distributed to all attendees the morning of the program.
