Health care provider organizations, large and small, are confronted daily with a multitude of legal issues.  From medical issues such as treatment, consent and discharge, to business issues, such as labor and employment law concerns, it is clear that health care providers require sound legal advice across a very broad spectrum.

This new program, presented by distinguished In-House Counsel to respected health care providers, will present the insiders’ view concerning a number of the most important issues facing hospitals and other medical care providers today.

Whether you represent health care providers, their employees, or their patients, you will not want to miss this unique opportunity to learn the latest substantive law developments while gaining valuable insight into the perspective of the attorneys who represent the major health care provider organizations.
