Introduction of Owner’s Rider to Standard Form of Owner/Contractor Agreement
(AIA Document A107) 

April 17, 2012
8:30 – 10:30 am  

This program will present an owner-oriented form rider prepared by the Real Estate Construction Committee of the RPLS for use in conjunction with AIA Document A107.  The major modifications to the AIA form made by the rider, and which will be discussed at the program, deal with scheduling, change orders, site supervision, warranties, indemnity, insurance, termination, liens, payments and disputes.
