Social Networking has become the
new catch phrase in legal circles but how many understand the ethical
dilemmas that may arise when incorporating it into day-to-day law
practice? This seasoned faculty will provide guidance on how to
use social networking mediums, such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter
without raising ethical red flags. For example, how can Facebook
be used to promote your law practice or communicate with individual
clients or your overall client base? What information should you
include--or not include--in your LinkedIn homepage. What are the
implications of using Twitter as a way to inform your
clients? This will be an interactive session with time set
aside to answer your questions. You can't afford to miss this
