Program Description
This
program is designed for all practicing attorneys, all of whom will
benefit greatly from both the lectures and the colloquium on ethics and
civility. Real world hypothetical scenarios are the springboard for a
lively discussion of ethical issues faced by attorneys on a daily basis.
Panelists include judges, ethics experts and seasoned practitioners.
The program includes an update on recent developments in
the law concerning ethics and disciplinary rules, together with a
discussion of law firm civility issues and how to deal with the uncivil
adversary.
