Description
This unique two-hour program will
provide health law attorneys with both a practical approach to the
HITECH Act provisions and Security Breach provisions of HIPAA, as well
as an exploration of the ethical issues confronted by the lawyer as a
“Business Associate” under those statutory provisions.
Learn the nuts and bolts of the “Business Associate”
agreement, while also gaining an in-depth understanding of the ethical
issues arising in this evolving area of a lawyer’s representation
of health care providers.
