Update 2012 - Online Video Replay (New York City Session)

Description

This fall, the “2012 Update” program on the most recent developments in areas that New York attorneys regularly handle will cover civil procedure; matrimonial and family law; trusts and estates law; business and corporate law; criminal law; and ethics and professionalism.

All that is new in each field — cases, statutes, rules, procedures and practice techniques — will be reviewed by an experienced faculty member. The program agenda below lists just some of the highlights featured in this year’s program.
