Description
The New York State Bar Association Bar Association is pleased to
present the Thirteenth Annual "DWI on Trial" seminar in New York
City.
As always, this program will feature highly renowned national
lecturers covering important topics of interest and applicability in the
defense of DWI cases. In addition, Program Chair Peter Gerstenzang will
speak on the major impact of the new DMV regulations in New York,
including the 25 year lookback provision and the lifetime revocation
rule.

North: Take 95 South onto Cross Bronx Expressway to exit (Henry Hudson
Pkwy South). Drive down to 42nd Street, then make right onto Broadway.
Take it down to 32nd and Broadway.South: Take 95 North onto the NJ
Turnpike. Follow directions into the Lincoln Tunnel. When exiting the
Tunnel, follow signs to 34th Street Exit. Drive East to 7th Avenue. Make
a right on 7th Avenue and drive to 32nd Street and make a left go down
one 1/2 block to Broadway. The hotel is on the cornerof 32nd
Street.West: Route 80 to New Jersey Turnpike South. Follow signs to
Lincoln Tunnel. When exiting the Tunnel, follow signs to 34th Street
Exit. Drive East to 7th Avenue. Make a right on 7th Avenue and drive to
32nd Street, then make left go down one 1/2 blocks to Broadway. The
hotel is on the corner of 32nd and Broadway.East: Take LI Expressway
into Queens. Exit at the Midtown Tunnel. Follow signs to 34th Street
exit. Go west to 5th Avenue turn left. Go down to 33rd Street. Turn
right on 33rd Street go down one block to Broadway make right. Go one
